Ingredients
1 pound medium-large shrimp
1 T avocado oil
2 cloves garlic
2 bunches broccoli
2 t sesame oil
1 t red pepper flakes (optional)
3 T soy sauce
4 t white sesame seeds
Instructions
- Clean broccoli and chop in bite size pieces, set aside
- Add oil to pan on high heat, add shrimp and garlic. Stir fry quickly until pink. Remove from the pan and place in bowl.
- Return frying pan to heat and add broccoli. When broccoli turns bright green, add shrimp back to pan. Drizzle with sesame oil and add red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
- Turn off heat, add soy sauce, stir, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
