Ingredients

1 pound medium-large shrimp

1 T avocado oil

2 cloves garlic

2 bunches broccoli

2 t sesame oil

1 t red pepper flakes (optional)

3 T soy sauce

4 t white sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Clean broccoli and chop in bite size pieces, set aside
  2. Add oil to pan on high heat, add shrimp and garlic. Stir fry quickly until pink. Remove from the pan and place in bowl.
  3. Return frying pan to heat and add broccoli. When broccoli turns bright green, add shrimp back to pan. Drizzle with sesame oil and add red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
  4. Turn off heat, add soy sauce, stir, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
