1 bag of Birds Eye Stir-Fry Pepper, 1 lb
You can shred and sauté the “Pepper Stir-Fry” in a little bit of oil.
When cooked you add 1 jars of spaghetti sauce (24 oz) of your preference. I like Hunts: “Roasted Garlic and Herb”.
Add Spices: “Coisas do nordeste” (Brazilian Spice) 4 packets, garlic powder, onion powder, criole (cajun spice) and salt. PS. Everything depends how much you want to your taste.
Now you just need to add 4 cans of coconut milk and chopped cilantro.
Let simmer for 2 minutes and put the fish in. Let simmer until the fish is cooked. The fish can be frozen when put in.
Ps. You can buy the Sazon “Sabores do Nordeste” in a store in Orem called “Brazilian Goodies”, or in a store in Salt Lake city called “La Pequenita” (they also have an online store).
